I sure wish I had been blogging throughout this whole competition, but I got a little promo sidetracked. For the record, and this is so sad, American Idol is my most favorite show. A lot of people would feel this is a shallow thing to say being as it's not very literature-related, nor is it something that requires thinking to watch, but then maybe that's the fascination in it all.
Maybe I like to kick back once in awhile and take in Americana at its best and what better way to do it than to replay what's happened in this season's American Idol.

I picked that one up the moment he walked in the door...and in Simon's famous words...."What...was...THAT?" I love Simon...absolutely love him...anywhere, here's the video...

Finally Antonella Barba was voted off the show. She should have been voted off the show last week .. and would have been .. had it not been for those Antonella Barba sex pictures that circulated on the Internet.
ReplyDeleteThe curiosity over those photos kept her on American Idol longer than she otherwise would have been on.
Now she's free to entertain those offers from Playboy and all the other men's magazines that want her for a fresh photoshoot. Most everybody have already seen her original pictures on Google or big celebrity adult sites like www.freepornvideos69.com (NSFW). They are going to want new ones.
At least now maybe American Idol can get back to being a singing competition and not a scandal show.
You know, I didn't like her either, and I didn't even know about the porn stuff until I found out about it today. I wish the show would get back to being a singling competition and I remember Simon and the rest mentioning this.
